Step Into Courage — A 6-Week Kundalini Journey This is more than a yoga class — it is a guided journey of awareness, reconnection, and transformation. Across six weeks, this Kundalini Yoga course is designed to support you in moving through fear, building trust in your body and inner experience, and stepping into your courage with greater clarity, strength, and self-awareness. Each week, we work progressively through specific kriyas, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation with the Gong to support both the nervous system and energetic body. The course gently builds from grounding and self-connection into activation, transformation, and integration. This is a space where you are invited to meet yourself as you are — and begin to move beyond the patterns that may be holding you back. ✨ What to Expect Each session includes: • Opening mantra (tuning in) • Warm-up Kriya • Kundalini kriya (movement and posture sequences) • Meditation and mantra • Deep relaxation with gong • Integration and groundin ✨ What This Course Supports • Moving through fear and emotional resistance • Building confidence and inner resilience • Strengthening your connection to your body • Increasing clarity, vitality, and awareness • Supporting nervous system regulation • Reconnecting with your authentic self ✨ Who This Is For This course is for anyone who is feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready for change — and wants to move forward with greater confidence and self-trust. Whether you are completely new to Kundalini Yoga or returning to your practice, you will be supported to work at your own pace within a safe, grounded, and welcoming space. ✨ Course Details • Duration: 6 weeks • Energy Exchange: £10 per session or £50 for full course • Location: The Carlton Clinic, Crawley ✨ How to Prepare Please wear comfortable clothing (white is optional), and bring a blanket and water. You are welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported. ✨ Accessibility Kundalini Yoga is for everyone. Practices can be adapted for injury, illness, pregnancy, or mobility needs. Please feel free to discuss any requirements with Jennifer in advance.
