About this event

Caring for our energy in a busy world We look forward to being joined by Tracy for an evening exploring how we can care for our energy in a busy world, and find gentle, practical ways to support balance, calm and everyday resilience. Many of us recognise the feeling of waking up tired, finding everyday stress more overwhelming than it used to be, or noticing that we do not bounce back as quickly. In this talk, Tracy will explore the stress–fatigue cycle and how it affects our energy, mood and overall wellbeing. She will share how homeopathy can support emotional regulation, reduce sensitivity to stress and improve sleep patterns, and how homeobotanical medicine can gently nourish the nervous system, support digestion and aid the body’s natural detoxification processes. She will also touch on the role of the gut microbiome in mood, energy and immunity, explaining how stress can alter gut bacteria and how testing can offer insight into possible imbalances and supportive next steps. Tracy has been a practising homeopath in East London since 2007. She works from The Plane Tree Clinic in Bethnal Green and also from home. She lectures at the Centre for Homeopathic Education and offers webinars on areas of special interest including chronic fatigue, grief and loss, gut health and women’s health. For the past 11 years she has published Practice Reflections, a monthly newsletter for homeopaths. Outside her professional work, she enjoys art, photography, gardening, quiltmaking and yoga. This talk offers an opportunity to better understand stress, fatigue and resilience, and to consider how small, supportive steps may make a meaningful difference to energy and wellbeing.
