Red invites you to a calming 90-minute Sound Bath, filled with healing vibrations to soothe body, mind, and spirit. Join us for a 90-minute Sound Bath held in our sacred canvas tent – a peaceful, nature-held space where sound and stillness meet. Surrounded by birdsong, soft breezes, and the rhythm of the land, you’ll be immersed in the healing tones of gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes. Let the natural world hold you as sound gently clears tension, soothes the nervous system, and invites deep rest. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, energy clearing, or a moment to reconnect, this extended sound bath offers space to fully unwind and return to yourself. A gentle opening practice At the start of the session, I may offer a short, optional energetic clearing using a shacapa – a soft leaf rattle used in Amazonian ceremonial traditions. I move quietly around the room, gently sweeping sound and movement around and down the body while singing an icaro. You’ll always be told beforehand, and you’re very welcome to opt out or ask me to pass you by – no explanation needed. The sound bath then unfolds. You simply lie back, relax, and receive – drifting into sleep is absolutely fine - many people do. PLEASE BRING: A yoga mat or something to lie on, a blanket, and pillow (and anything to help you feel cosy and supported lying down).
