Cacao. Guided meditation. Gongs. Crystal bowls. New Moon magic. As we step into the freshly opened New Moon in Cancer, join us for an evening of deep rest, intention and sacred sound. The new moon is nature’s invitation to pause, soften, and plant the seeds of what you wish to call in for the season ahead — and there’s no more nourishing way to do this than wrapped in the vibration of gongs and crystal bowls, with a warm cup of Ceremonial Cacao in your hands. Take 90 minutes to breathe, reflect and switch off from life. Beautiful Ceremonial Cacao will connect you to the energy of your heart, opening the doorway to your deepest intentions for this new lunar cycle. You’ll be welcomed into our beautiful Canterbury studio, with mats and blankets laid out for your comfort. Sohana will gently guide you to connect with your intention for the session before serving the Cacao. You’ll then lay down and surrender into a deep meditative space, where Pete and Elle work Their magic, the vibration of the gongs will shake away the stress held in your body, cleansing and clearing the very cells, leaving you ready to receive the restorative sounds of the crystal bowls. A perfect way to honour the new moon and step into summer with clarity, lightness and an open heart. What to bring: • An extra blanket and pillow for your comfort • A bottle of water Please note: • Cacao is made with oat milk. If you prefer it with just water, please let us know via email. • Please inform us before the session if you have any medical or emotional conditions that may be affected by sound. If you are under medical supervision, please check suitability beforehand. • Sound baths can bring deep emotion to the surface. If you are currently experiencing strong emotions, a one-to-one session may serve you better so we can fully support you through any release.
