Prenatal yoga classes to support your body and mind during pregnancy. Move, breathe and connect with your baby in a calm space. If you’re looking for a calm, nurturing space to move, breathe, and connect with your baby - my Prenatal Yoga classes in Tunbridge Wells or Southborough are for you! Each week we focus on gentle stretches, breathing, and relaxation to ease pregnancy aches and prepare your body (and mind!) for birth.
