Free, volunteer-led walks for new and expectant parents to meet, chat and share experiences — supporting each other through early parenthood NCT Medway Riverside Walk & Talk Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to: · get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route · improve their mental health and wellbeing · make new friends and feel part of a community We meet in the car park by the Visitor Centre at 11am, walk for up to an hour before settling down in the Education Room at the Visitor Centre for refreshments and a chance for the babies and toddlers to play.
